I am continually amazed that this is a thing. “Toner Pirates” is copier industry language for telephone scammers who use high-pressure tactics to sell toner to companies who don’t need it.

At the client’s request, we adapted a blog I had written for an infographic that was printable and could be handed out by their sales team. And, yep, they requested this because a few customers had been boarded!
