As the client, a copier company, wanted to get into the managed IT services market, they decided to lead with basic managed network services.

During sales calls, they quickly realized that most small businesses thought recovering from a blown server was a quick and easy thing. They began developing a talk track to help these SMB owners discover that that server their business relied on could go “boom” and, if/when it did, they were likely screwed.

This infographic is based on that conversation they’d have.
